We represent federal government employees in claims of discrimination and harassment on the based on race, color, religion, sex sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, pregnancy, caregiving responsibilities, retaliation, and genetic information, including representing employees in requests for reasonable accommodations based on disability, pregnancy, and religion.
Private Sector Litigation
We also represent employees who work for private companies on claims of discrimination and harassment based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, pregnancy, caregiving responsibilities, retaliation, genetic information, requests for reasonable accommodations, and violations of the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA). Federal Disability Retirement
We assist federal employees with applying for federal disability retirement, including requests for reconsideration and appeals, if necessary.
LGBTQ Discrimination in the Workplace
