Mr. Tristin Ralph is an associate with Gilbert Employment Law, focusing on the representation of both federal and private sector employees involving claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, as well as violations the Rehabilitation Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and related state and local laws. Mr. Ralph’s practice includes litigating on behalf of clients in federal and state courts, as well as administrative forums such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Merit Systems Protection Board.

Prior to joining Gilbert Employment Law as an associate in 2024, Mr. Ralph served as a law clerk with the firm. In addition to clerking with the firm during law school, Mr. Ralph was also part of the AUWCL Transactional Negotiation Team, and was a finalist in the 2024 Warsaw Negotiation Round. Mr. Ralph was also a member of the Business Law Review.

Mr. Ralph graduated with his Juris Doctor from the American University Washington College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Strategic Communication from the American University School of Communication.

Mr. Ralph is a member of the Metropolitan Washington Employment Lawyers Association.
