GEL Partner Cori Cohen will be presenting at the Maryland Bar Association’s 2024 Legal Summit Series: Common Discovery Disputes in Discrimination and Retaliation Cases on Tuesday September 10, 2024. The presentation will focus on discovery in discrimination and retaliation cases and will discuss common disputes that arise from both plaintiff and defendant viewpoints. Additionally, the training will discuss the types of information parties often seek during discovery in an employment case.
