Geoffrey H. Simpson
Biography
Geoffrey H. Simpson is Counsel with Gilbert Employment Law, litigating on behalf of clients in federal and state courts, as well as before administrative tribunals, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Prior to joining Gilbert Employment Law, Mr. Simpson was a partner with the Washington, D.C. law firm of Webster & Frederickson, PLLC, representing hundreds of employees who have been targeted because of their race, sex or disability or else have suffered retaliations for opposing unlawful practices.
Additionally, to promote governmental and corporate accountability, Mr. Simpson also represents whistleblowers in qui tam actions and in litigation to protect whistleblowers from discrimination or retaliation.
Mr. Simpson is an active member of the Metropolitan Washington Employment Lawyers Association and the National Employment Lawyers Association, organizations committed to the protection of the rights and privileges of employees in both the private and public sectors.
Mr. Simpson received his Juris Doctor, with honors, from George Washington University School of Law; and holds a Bachelor of the Arts degree from Johns Hopkins University
