You may be a member of a class action against the Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection if:
You were pregnant, or had given birth and/or taken maternity leave, or were nursing, and you experienced one of the following:
- The Agency reassigned, detailed, or removed from your position; or
- The Agency involuntarily placed you on light duty or refused to allow you to return to full duty; or
- The Agency removed or suspended your weapons or credentials;
- The Agency took any other action that you believe was adverse, including a change in your assignment of duties.
